Clothes swap for employees

All employees are most welcome to participate in this clothes swap at Niagara. Bring your items to the office area on the 8th floor, by the C elevators on Monday 30 September between 09.00-14.15 or Tuesday 1 October between 09.00-15.00. The swapping takes place on Wednesday 2 October by the B elevators on the 7th floor.

FAQ

What items can I bring?
You can bring for example pants, shorts, sweaters, blazers, shirts, dresses, skirts, coats, scarves, ties, suspenders, hats, shoes and sportswear. We especially encourage you to bring men’s clothes and clothes in bigger sizes. Make sure everything you bring is clean and in good shape – no stains and no broken zippers. A good rule of thumb is this: If you wouldn't give the item to a friend, please don't bring it to swap.
There is a maximum limit of 10 items/person
Please note that this clothes swap is not for children’s clothes or underwear.

How does it work?
It’s pretty simple: For each item that you bring, you receive one trading-ticket. The swapping starts at 09.00 on Wednesday 2 October. We’ll be in Niagara on the 7th floor by the B elevators. Once you find something you like, it’s yours in exchange for one trading-ticket.

I don’t have anything to trade with, can I still come?
Yes, please do! Once we’re up and running, on 2 October, come by and ask us about left-over trading-tickets. We’re sure there’ll be a few that no-one is going to use. (This, of course, works on a first come, first served basis.)

What if I don’t find anything I like?
If you don’t find anything you like, please leave your trading-tickets with us. This way, we can give them to co-workers who don’t have trading-tickets of their own.

What happens with the items that are left once the swapping is over?
All left-over items will be handed to a second-hand shop.
