Malmö Institute for Studies of Migration, Diversity and Welfare (MIM) was established in January 2007 as a new research institute at Malmö University. It has the ambition of becoming a vibrant Swedish centre for the studies of migration, diversity and welfare, while at the same time keeping a high international profile and contributing to developing international research networks in the field.
