How to Apply to a Course at Malmö University

Course Students - You apply online

International independent students apply to Malmö University online, using universityadmissions.se, the website for all applications to Swedish higher education. 

Exchange students, or students with a Mundus ACP scholarship, do not use universityadmissions.se.

When can you make your application?

During the application period you can select programmes from Malmö University, add them to your selection at the universityadmissions website, and then submit your application.

You need to create an account at universityadmissions.se

You need to create an account at universityadmissions.se to register your application to Malmö University. You will receive information regarding the progress of your application in your account at unversityadmissions.se.

Documents - Transcripts, Certificates and Coversheet

You will need to send certificates, transcripts and other documents to support your application. These are not sent to Malmö University. You send your documents to the University Studies office. Even if you are applying to several universities, you only need to send one set of documents.

You must include a coversheet, which you print from the universityadmissions.se website after you have submitted your online application. You must include this with your application, as it will match your documents with your online application.
