Submit a service report about university premises or property

You can make service or error reports for a room, facility, equipment or sundry items on the university premises by using the system, Dedu. There are several ways to make a report.

Using your phone

QR code for service reporting

All the university's premises are equipped with a QR code in order to simplify the registration process. To be able to file a report directly on your phone, you need to have a QR reader which can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store. 

To file a report, scan the QR code and select the type of notification and the service needed. You will receive a response by the following work day. The first time you make a report you will have to enter your contact details.

Using your computer

You can also make service or error reports at www.mah.se/felanmalan or by following a quick link on the Staff pages. When you file a report on the web you must specify the room yourself.
