The study investigates models of calculating profitability in various investment projects.

The comprehensive aim of the study is to analyse investment projects in large housing estates. The analysis includes description and efficiency of measures to solve problems, investment costs and consequences.   The study focuses on onging investment projects in Sweden. The study also discuss different evaluation models and there practical usefulness. One overall goal is to create knowledge that can lead to better evaluations. This can possible help decision makers to coordinate there resources in the future.

Studien undersöker olika sätt att mäta lönsamhet. Syftet är att öka kunskapen om innehållet i satsningar och vad det ger för effekter på ett geografiskt avgränsat bostadsområde eller bostadskvarter.
